
After work, my drive home is usually filled with podcasts. They’ve become my way of unwinding and learning at the same time. Last night, I tuned into Coffin Conversations, where Lauren the Mortician interviewed Jodi Wellman, a positive psychologist.
Their conversation was about living your best life—really living it—rather than drifting through on autopilot. That message hit me hard. I’ve been thinking about this very idea lately, and hearing it spoken out loud made me realize: it’s time to shake things up. I don’t want to just get through my days—I want to enjoy them, fully and intentionally.
